A computer is an excellent tool for almost any task... when it works. When it doesn't work, it can be the biggest aggrivation one may ever face. Our customers and potential customers can be losing money every hour that their computers are down. In these cases, efficient troubleshooting is essential to restore the customer to full operation in a timely mannor.

We can troubleshoot any computer problem from minor annoyances to major system crashes. Some minor annoyances, such as "The computer never completely shuts down", might be troubleshot quickly. Major system crashes may take time to identify the source of the problem.

Some problems are so severe, or so elusive, and erratic, that the computer must be reinstalled. We leave this method as an last resort as it can be the most time-consuming. The biggest decision we make on a daily basis is 'How long will this take, and what's the likelihood of it working?' If a reinstall is going to take less time, with the greatest probability of success, than that's the route we'll take.
