Linux System Maintenance Agreements

In addition to our normal Network Adminstration services, we also offer Maintenance Agreements for Linux Servers. It is a labor agreement only, and does not cover hardware. Under that Agreement, DD-Tech would check your server on a weekly basis for intrusion and over-all system health, as well as respond to service requests on the system. Any pre-existing service is covered under the Agreement. Any service or work that is not covered in the agreement is offered at a reduced rate. Contact us for more information.
